I am still kicking myself that I didn't visit Tasmania. I don't like flying but I lived for a couple of years in Station St Port Melbourne and down the end of our street is where the Spirit of Tasmania sailed from.

Hey, it's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas, I'm starting to get excited about the party on Sunday (though it's not a Christmas Party! Now that I'm organized I'm quite looking forward to it.but..... They've said rain on Sunday lol

Yes Deb but it will mean the bus to Melbourne first. I used to love doing that too! Train would be better.

I agree the train would be better Joono. Gosh how long does the bus take from Perth to Melbourne? However long it takes I know it would be too long for me lol

I went on a cruise to Tassie many years ago. I remember Port Arthur and cruising into Hobart....it was sooooo green. After our visit the bridge collapsed and of course, there was the Port Arthur tragedy.

We have been discussing a visit for a few years now. We nearly booked a cruise in Jan but stuff got in the way. We will get there eventually.
