I think that's what many of the posts are trying to tell the OP

How about the silent lurkers and kudo's givers, start some new threads themselves on topics of their choice. This will dilute the number of political threads on CS.

They can't expect everyone else to entertain them by providing threads to read on topics they approve of.  To sit back and criticise ...those who do take an active part in this forum by posting on a variety of threads including the political ones.. doesn't achieve anything.

I guess it comes back to what you like to post about. I didn't read it as an order. Obviously some who like political threads did.

I read it as someone who's over seeing thread after thread being another political post (either side) and would like it not to be.

Guess we read what we want to read.
