Nope, never had a fine and as people know here I even got my licence renewed for half price cause I'm an exceptional driver Smiley Very Happy

You have often mentioned your lead foot Crystal. Luck wont last forever

My right foot is very heavy LOLOLOL, but only to the speed limit Smiley LOL

It is very unsafe to have cars that can't accelerate over the speed limit. At times you need to accelerate out of danger... I know I had to on several occasions while driving the Bruce Hwy.

and I have only even had 1 speeding ticket in my years of driving. When I was 18 and I was going from a 60km zone into an 80km zone. I accelerated a bit to early.

My thought exactly Cat.

People need to take responsibilty and stick to the speed limit, and, yes, there are times when you need to speed to avoid an accident etc.so such a device would not be a good idea in actuality. Otherwise, it is good in theory.

I've not had any fines or infringements, and have had to take evasive action a couple of times...I'd rather be in control when there's trouble.

No no no. The law says you are not allowed to go over the posted speed limit. Accelerating over the limit will get you fined!

Got it nailed. The reason we have many artificially low speed limits on some roads and areas.

No speeding = lost revenue. OF COURSE! this must be the reason GPS anti-speeding devices will never be written into law. ๐Ÿ˜‰
