Some friends invited us over to their place for a lamb roast at lunchtime, so now I won't have to cook tonight - and that makes me VERY happy.

She-Ele, my OH had to do a delivery this afternoon. A 150Km drive. Came home around 6pm and told me that he got hungry and bought some KFC on the way. So now he does not want any dinner. Yippee! No cooking tonight for me either.

I've had a lovely day today , doing absolutely nothing , recovering from last night.

I envy you, that's what I felt like for tonight but they were shut.

So it's going to be cold roast beef sandwiches, which will also be good 🙂

All our local ones were shut too. I was so desperate to find one open that I googled fish and chip shops, lol.

We found one open a couple of suburbs away and they were better than our usuals, so,they now have new regular customers.

Cooking is the last thing I felt like doing today. Hopefully I will get back to "normal" tomorrow
