It was a bit wild and hairy wasn't it ... belted with rain then suddenly stopped, I think the whole front broke up in the middle and just missed us.
Good morning all, a great new week.
Good morning on this cool "Autumn" day, well it feels like that still here on the little island ... 
... we're on the wrong end of summer.
Today we're all staying home to regroup and plan next week with our guests. They are having a fabulous time and we are going to take them exploring into "deep south" of the island where tourists and visitors never really go, it's wild and woolly! You never know, we might even see something like a Tassie tiger ... 
They'll be flying off to Europe in a week's time, visiting there for two weeks, and then going home over the Atlantic after coming here via the Pacific.
We'll miss them terribly but will see them again at home in about 15 months time .. can't wait.

It will be sad for you when they go home, but at least you have the next trip to look forward to
It is getting hot here today but it is Autumnal in the mornings, can be very chilly..

The house just won't be the same without them, wish they could stay forever.
They love Tasmania; what we/they see is not unlike Quebec in some ways; the hills, rivers and wilderness, just not so big and wild, can't wait to go down south where there won't be any tourists at all, just the forests.
