She was on hand to dutifully support her tennis champion husband, but all anyone could talk about was Bec Hewitt’s self tan.

 

It's constantly ranked as one of the top beauty sins, and unfortunately for Bec Hewitt, her heavy-handed attempt to achieve a healthy glow has left her looking less sun-kissed and more Fanta-drenched.

 

The wife of Australian tennis star Lleyton Hewitt, who was in the crowd watching his first round tennis match against Italian Andreas Seppi at The Australian Open, was quick to get a lashing on social media with one commenter tweeting that “she looks like she stuck her head in a bag of Twisties.”

I agree she looks a bit orange, but no need for people to be meant about it.

i have been watching tennis for years and often see her....she has always looked liked that IMO.

I agree she's always looked great, but the tan is a bit extreme, I think, and not necessary, really.

maybe she does spend lot of time around tennis courts.  When I played tennis several times a week I was also rather tanned, and I do not tan that easily.  Some people do.

i dunno.....i saw her yesterday on tv, didn't notice anything unusual....

 

does she really look that much diffent to everyone else?

Dont they live in some hot place overseas...........maybe it is a tan if they do.

 

She has always had a tan, maybe not as bad as this.

I find it a bit hard to tell whether a tan is fake or real unless it's been put on streakily.   .
