I dare not ask how you got a blister in the middle of your foot..................

Hot weekend coming up here in Perth Amber, thank god for aircon - must mow the lawns tomorrow before it gets too hot.........sigh.

I don't know, I thought it was tinea, but the doc said no, you only get that in your toes, he said just a blister, maybe a little stone or slpinter rubbed against it in my shoe?

it's just there, and I don't want to break it in case my foot gets infected.

have to go in for blood tests in the morning (not related to foot LOL) might ask the doc to drain it. dunno - he told me to just keep putting neet feet on it and cover it with socks.

we have aircon here too - not in my office though

Thanks. Did I mention the hill is really really big too?

It is the only exercise I do, love walking.

Slower of course if I stop off at the fish snd chip shop, or for a coffee...but the actual walk is quick.

Not been back to the fish and chip shop...too creepy...

Not walking much in this heat. Have not been out for more than three km a day for a little while now.

Some other stuff happened...caused a car accident...was followed by a guy on a motorbike...not a bikie, they are polite...

I told ya not to listen when people yelled out "show us ya ****"

next 12 week challenge starts for me on Monday

not nearly as excited as I should be

*sigh*

Crikey, if that was all they were doing, I could live with it.

Sigh.

This is a civilised suburb too. Yeah, I know, the clubhouse...but that is in a different suburb.

I told hubby and then he went walking with me again, after being too lazy...

Guy yells out from a taxi, it didn't stop him. Hubby didn't really believe it but now he does. Being followed is not nice...

Big Crikey came out to the kitchen, so I got him to make one for me LOL

yeah, CS is pretty scary - always nasty stuff

gotta put on my big girl's pants to come over here.

I'd put on my hard hat, but don't have a hard hat smiley.

some times you need a tin foil hat though - got one of those tinfoil.gif

ahh, so you're 2 hours behind us - it's 2 am here (well 2:15)

but I've still got one of the Crikey Kinder poking around, have to wait till he goes to sleep.

I get strange blisters on my feet, I just run a needle and a bit if thread though them and it drains out slowly, otherwise it hurts like fury.......................

Oh and I have this amazing stuff called EDP powder that I sprinkle around it to stop infection.

The lawn here is now more like straw. Poor plants all scorched too.

I used to walk nine km a day, a nice loop, takes a little over an hour, but not too easy, there is a great big hill.

Luckily I've got a bore here so no problem with watering - still don't overdo it though, mostly natives apart from the Buffalo.

Hey that's not a bad time for 9K's.......................impressed.................

yeah, 9 klm p/h is freakin aesome

that's not a walk!

I do 5klm in 30 min when I go for a run FGS

anything over 6.5 is a jog!
