It was no accident.  They got caught out.  My ex RN and RAN FiL would be whirling in his grave (if he was in one, which he isn't) to hear his beloved navy used in this way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

and before you ask, no I have no links or any of the other things people demand.  Just a suspicion.
