Changing you avatar?? Does the pic frame and edit button not show up when you have gone to myebay and then clicked on your user name.? Similar to below (there is more text shown etc which I have removed)

If it does click on edit profile, then at the top right of pic frame a little pen shape shows, click on that to edit/change photo. Then click done editing.
