mum made me eat tongue once...never again...

I have to be having a giggle here so that way its not interpersonal and no one will have a cry 

so long as it isn't anyone else's tongue................

chuk.. my Dad bought a small carton of  canned lambs tongues.. very proud of his good deal.. eww.. He was the only one that ate them.. ate his way through them all eventually though.

I wouldn't try Haggis when visitng Scotland either.. even though people I was visiting said I had to!

Nobody here have a penchant for black pudding?

tripe is yummy in a white sauce

My mum makes great tripe in tomato based sauce with polenta though. Love to see the white sauce recipe.  Tripe is the bomb when cooked right imo. Yuma Cha tripe mmm.
