Why is it?

Perhaps it's their baby who lived for an hour or a day.

As much as I really hate to repeat myself...some have tattoos done in memory of lost loved ones, They are NOT tacky and one small tatt doesn not = low IQ, how very insulting and lacking in compassion some people are.

I don't find it bizarre at all, no idea what the story is and the pic is cropped to remove the dad's body, so maybe distorted. It was done from a photo apparently. I think it's beautiful, dad's hands holding him and his tiny hand.

I also think it is exceptionally well done, unlike others I have seen.

Roughly 50%  of prison inmantes have "tatts", which might be indicative of tatooees!.

That fact aside,  why permanently graffiti  a perfectly good, and beautiful,  body?.
