could be donna, if someone felt it was an "interpersonal dispute", so better not to do any of that. It's so subjective that it border's on the ridiculous. The "interpersonal dispute" thing reminds me of an ex-friend, if you said "I don't like uneven hems" and she had once purchased such a garment - she would take that as a personal attack, 2 day's later you would get an sms banging on about how hurt she was. Best be careful, and don't mention any id that may no longer be registered - although how on earth are you supposed to know that.

I think it all basically comes down to the Golden Rule. Treat others they way you would like to be treated. Can't go wrong.
