I managed to save the asparagus too. I am just waiting to see how many bodies show up in the house when they all arise.
My son was just telling me how many people get hurt or killed in the winter olympics compared to the summer ones. He also mentioned the hockey, which I didn't watch.

Where DID that weekend go?
We had a great time at the markets on Saturday night and yesterday we had a cool change which was a pleasant change.
No wonder there are so many injuries - watching those extreme events makes my blood run cold. There also appears to be some in-fighting within the team about funding .... guess that might throw some light on your question as to why they do it Prim
A question! What is the purpose of those 'sweepers' in the curling? Not the most exciting event to watch I have to admit 
Deb - there were similar claims over the years in Sydney but they ended up being denied - hopefully the one you posted the link to will see the same result although it is going to line the lawyers' pockets to achieve that result!
