do you feel the sentence was harsh?

12 months seems fair enough to me

tattos arent that easy to get off, leaves scarring too doesnt it?

ive been with mates drunk on many occasions and did the odd prank but never thought about permanently or damaging their bodys

perhaps theyve got a history of abuse and the crime fits the time

yep

i think in the report the victim had to go thru 9 months to get it removed

if it happened to me, i would be satisfied with the outcome

it turned into quite a saga actually. when i told her he had the photos she demanded i 'get' them somehow. not knowing where he lived made it quite difficult..  :about a year later i saw him again, but by that time he was welcome to them .. he was an alchoholic with a disability and he had 'sue' with him.. i don't think he really minded that much.

imagine if you woke up with eric abetz tattooed on your back duff . or 'duff loves kyle s'

they should have to pay for removal.
