Deb, I bought two large signboard things. They're half finished.

One is divided into goodies and baddies, with pics. The other has "not in my name"

But I dunno, I'm still thinking how to fit all the words in.

I don't own any protest clothes and I'm a bit worried about all the dreadlocks that'll be flying around lol

I'll take pics and show you.

suggestion for a banner :

Abbott:

YeeeuuuuuWWwww

Are NOT

TrueeeWWww

BlueWWwwww

No I will not be marching.

I won’t be marching, not because I’m happy with the Abbott lead governments’ performance to date.  In fact, though traditionally a Liberal voter I have, and will continue to refuse to vote for or support any government Abbott leads.

I won’t be marching because the terms of reference are too broad, and as such, it will be hijacked by the zealots.

That is my attendance will be cited by the Greens as supporting their policies, whereas I think the lot of them, and more so Sarah Hanson Young, are well and truly a few cards short of full deck.  The same goes for those who hold minority views I don’t support, such as opposition to the current immigration policy re purported refugees.  That is, they also will cite my attendance as supporting their views whereas  the opposite is the case.

NOT IN MY NAME is good Karen

Woman LOLWoman LOL @ goodies and baddies  Woman LOL

You can March for all of those reasons, I agree with just about everything you said apart from the last sentence, It really is a March against abbott.

I am marching with the eBay team 🙂 not sure which eBay t-shirt to wear though, guess it will depend on the weather 🙂

People might hit you with their placards, Donna. eBay represents the 1% 😄

I'm wearing old lady clothes and sensible walking shoes so the cops don't arrest me. They'll concentrate on tazering the dreadlock people and those in eBay clothes 😄
.

lol, I wonder if there will be any lnp voters that are dissatisfied?

Photobucket

There will be heaps, if the comments on twitter are an indication. There was a hash tag for people to say sorry for voting for abbott haha...it was trending for a while and the pics of sad people with their sorry signs were hilarious.

Watch out for tasers, Donna.
