i guess it depends too whether this is normal behaviour for him which his bride should have expected or whether it was out of character due to  nervousness or his bucks party.  i used to work with a woman who was pushed into marrying  as in her early twenties because she was pregnant.  she walked out of the reception and filed for divorce next day.  she had fulfilled what the famil wanted and married.
