I hope that you have a good day too Prim .Sorry I forgot to add that (I was thinking it though) .

Oh and yesterday I didn't get injured doing anything which people  usually think may bring about head injuries, rather embarassingly I misjudged where my bottom was positioned on the bed when I went to have my coffee in my room.Instead of hitting pillows ...my head hit our heavy wooden bedhead. I kept telling my OH that "I can't have concussion just from that" lol

Ah Iza, you have just ruined a fabulous story I had in my head of a brave, stoic woman out in the field, cutting down boughs from a lightning damaged tree and falling foul of a wayward branch. 🙂 🙂

lol Prim, of all the things which could be considered risky and I do a few of those ...I injure my head getting into bed 

I rejected it on those grounds and because I had things that needed doing.After waiting a few hours it became obvious that I couldn't reject it any more. My OH,youngest son and a friend who is camping out on our property did a good job with the fallen trees .Any other time I'd be happy not to help them. lol

the Dr in emergency asked 'don't you have a mattress ?" 

My OH had to explain what a bedhead was...apart from that the Dr was brilliant 

ps:they cut up the tree which fell on our old dunny too (it's been there for ages..I entered a pic of thunder box with fallen tree in a photo comp)

The doctor didn't know what a bedhead was????   Lucky he paid attention to the medical aspect of Uni lectures LL.

Glad the really, really risky work got done by others 🙂  I find when I am tired or stressed I hurt myself in the silliest ways...unavoidable really as life can be stressful.

morning everyone

the sun is shining here and it's a beautiful day. We're heading out for a drive to Hurstbridge this afternoon to pick up an antique lamp I purchased on eBay. I wish i would stop buying stuff when really I'm trying to downsize a bit
