Horrifically poor. Yes, actually, pathetic is much more appropriate.

 

Anybody read "To Kill a Mockingbird"? Sort of came to mind reading the list of flaws in the trial.

Yes, it was essential reading for my kids at school too.

Guess the silver lining brigade will keep telling him he's just so lucky and could have been worse. But what life does he have now? Missed the best part of it.
