That's quite revealing, isn't it.? But it does rather beg the question: what extra punitive measures would this 60%  like to see employed?

We already imprison them in very basic prison camps,  beatings already appear to be an accepted puishment for misbehaviour, and when  Transfield take over from the Salvation Army their last independant link to the outside world will be cut off and  their jailors will have sole, unscrutinised control of their welfare,

What harsher steps in severity are there that we might usefully employ  before building the gas chamber? 

the poster above is a little large isn't it ? yelling at posters won't help the coalitions failing fortunes.
