I think the number we can allow in necessarily bears a relatoinship to the supply of orange boats. If we are running out of room in Australia for refugees we can buy more orange boats and they can live on the boats.

Why does it take Australia so long to process asylum seekers? I read the other day Italy is aiming for max of 18 mths to process an asylum seeker.
