icy, if you wash and chop up half a bunch of the big spinach (not silverbeet) put it in a desert bowl with a dob of butter, salt and pepper, then cover with a piece of wet paper towel and microwave for about 1.5 minutes you'll have a yummy serve of spinach for yourself.
