Crikey, as that is not a Policy page that is relevant for the Australian community boards, perhaps your best bet to get reliable answers would be to ask on the U.S. board.

someone there should know what the answers are, in the context in which they would be used, on their boards.

As context can affect meaning.

Buttercup: You mock my pain! Man in Black: Life is pain, Highness. Anyone who says differently is selling something.

That's true Amber.  The Australian board usage policy doesn't allow  creating multiple accounts for use on eBay's boards.  Lithium allows it.

We should have an Australian ebay mod employee that can answer these questions.

In answer to question number 1)

I've got one of those going on at the moment 🙂

The link on the Australian boards for Board Usage Policy, until they change that link/info then why should be be going to .com site to find Board Usuage policy?

Update the link if we have a new policy.

Why do you expect posters to know the answers to the questions in the opening post, when we haven't even seen the new policy before? You need to ask someone who wrote it or the ebay employees or moderators that deal with enforcing those policies.

Ther members of CS seem to be a wealth iof information about everything and everybody, so I figure someone must know

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

None knew of this policy so not likely to know the meanings of the terms used.

 As for your opening post.

1) What is a Community Project?

2) What is a Group Project, and

3) "Posting web addresses (URLs), websites, or item numbers in the title of a post or threaded discussion"

As far as I know, posting ebay violations has always been a no no in a thread title and so has been posting item numbers when there was a violation.

Basically you have to report them to ebay via a link on the auction or BIN page.

Apparently even discussing lithium and its rules and regs is a no go.

Crikey,

we would all like to know just where we stand under Lithium rules. No one seems to know or even understand what they mean and I would like to have a clear picture of just what "interpersonal comment or dispute" really means.

Most of us are sticking to the rules but then a sanction drops and one is left wondering just what the hell happened. They never really come back with a satisfactory explanation or even bother to respond.

If you could do a bit of detective work seeing as I'm too lazy to do it then it would be greatly appreciated. Heart
