Thanks

It's not too bad. I coped with the leg cramps on Day 2, the stomach cramps on Day 3, the intense cravings Day 2,3,4,5,6 and 7, the disgusting cough and what is coming up (is that normal?)  ...

but I can breathe much better and now I can run up the stairs.

Way to go. Smiley Wink

You will probably experience a new good feeling that you had forgotten.

They say sense of smell, taste and senses in general improve.

Well Done, keep it up.

You go girl... instead of having  an ashtray have a vase with your favourite flowers in its place.

You have to change many things.  Eg if you use to sit down with a cup of coffee and have a cigarette, don't have the coffee, get up and do something to take your mind off it and to break your routine..    Have an emery board close  and file your nailsby to keep your hands busy.

Think of your lungs  and how much money you've already saved.      Keep at it and you will soon realise how disgusting a  smokers'

clothes and hair smells when they are next to you...  It's been 16 years since I gave up, and it's the 2nd best thing I've ever done.
