hope you have a gas stove,,,,,or a BBQ?

I had water works happening in the street and the water was turned off for hours.

I couldn't believe the number of times I automatically reached for the tap. Filling the kitties water bowls, washing my hands, wiping the bench down, flushing the toilet, wanting a quick drink of water, washing my hands, cooking ....

Hope north korea doesn't cause a holocaust....we'll all have to learn to live from a subsistence basis

No only electric stove and no BBQ.   But it back on again

Wood heater warming house here (Ballarat!) and home  grown and made  pumpkin

soup simmering atop heater.

bet it smells good

does it have nutmeg in it? and if not, why not?   adds a lovely flavour

No kg ,no nutmeg.

Will add some to a trial lot next time.(willing to learn).

Am learning to cook (a cranky old male as you have undoubtedly already seen on another thread!).

Can no longer work so learning to cook and be a PITA here.
