Yes, nice to know he is being punished, should be more of it. I wonder why the sentences are all so different and so short?
Yes, all those who were complicit and did nothing should also be held to account.

I'm certain that recently legislation was passed in Vic making it mandatory for everyone to report child abuse.
Perhaps it was the maximum sentence that could be given?

I think that its odd that some of the people he was working with on the show and the producers etc. didn't know what was going on. He was groping one on the set by the sound of things. They must have known.

I feel for his family. It must come as a shock if, as they say, they had no idea. Daughter must have wondered why her friends stopped visiting the house.

They must have known.
One of them, a female producer I think?, admits she did know, but was urged not to speak up as it would ruin what was at the time a hugely popular show. She says there are others in the industry but hasnt gone on to name them. She should be forced to reveal to authorities her 'information' and be charged with something, I dont know what though. Others on set have come forward saying they knew. That they tried not to let her be alone with him.
I understand why his sentence had to be complicit with the laws at the time of the offences, but I can not accept that he could be out in 6 years. Its insane.

Unfortunately his sentence reflects attitudes and punishment of the times the crimes were committed.
