I thought that actually serving on a jury rather than just being called and then dismissed or not empanelled used to be grounds for some period of grace in the future.

I have known others to regularly receive notices but not subsequent to having actually served on a jury. 

Of course that could have changed since my involvement.

I was also told by others with multiple call-ups that if they were unavailabe at one call-up due to a previous appointment, illness etc., it was only a few weeks until the next and the next until they finally served. That is their experience, not mine.

What is it about social media that seems to bring out the worst in some?  The anonymity?  A total absence of social graces? Too much time on their hands and no motivation to do anything else? Rhetorical questions lol

I felt like I had logged into a parallel universe tonight.

Running a training course tomorrow so will probably not have time to catch up with you all until the weekend.

I've been trying to swing back from normal knitting to miniature crochet after some requests. The eyes and fingers are not coping so well just yet but I'll get back into it.

The rain was amazing today!  I finally got my car washed 😄

Sometimes the only time my car gets washed is via rain too Joono. Life can get very busy and car washing is usually at the end of the 'to do' list.

Off to work for me....I hate to think of what awaits me...I suspect it will take a day just to process the emails.

I washed my car a few weeks ago, but now it's covered in pink camelia flowers, so will have to do it again soon
