i mean the one who would have filled the thread full of posts about her legal concerns, over and over......and then incase you missed it over and over again

how is talking about what is in the media about it any different to say standing in a supermarket line and discussing it? Should crime not be talked about "incase" a potential juror is within ear shot?

There have been a few high profile cases where the defence have tried to claim the jury could have been influenced by extensive previous media attention the case has attracted and the Judge(s) have rejected that.
