I read a bit about it so I am conflicted and probably still hoping he is not guilty. I don't know anything about his computer

The alleged incidents that happened overseas outside of UK jurisdiction ( including those whilst on holiday in Hawaii) can't be included as evidence in the trial.

I have no idea what way the case will go re guilty or not. But I do think the main complainant, the daughters friend... Harris says he didn't have any sexual relationship with her till she was over 18. If the jury accept that??

"Harris is charged with 12 counts of indecent assault against four girls, some as young as seven or eight, between 1968 and 1986.

He denies all of the charges, seven of which relate to one woman."

Last night he admitted that he viewed the girl (who he is being accused as the one he groomed) in a sexual way when at 13 she was wearing a bikini.

Yes he did ( which is a very inappropriate behaviour). Is it a criminal offence? May work against him re the 'grooming' accusations.

Why?  That is supposedly when the grooming began.  He complimented her on her bikini.  A perfect way to begin grooming.

Def not looking good for him at all.   Thing is that kind of behavour is really concerning and it only shows that he has issues in this area.   The 12 charges are in relation to how many people?

oops sorry didn't see the four girls bit. Yeah four girls is not good at all and def shows a pattern of behaviour

There are many more than four, but only four of the victims state that the incidences occurred in Britain.  All the others were considered as "bad character" witnesses, because the incidences occurred in Australia, NZ, and elswhere..

"These two witnesses were not complainants in the trial, because the alleged assaults took place outside UK jurisdiction. They appeared at Harris' trial as character witnesses for the prosecution."

This report refers to one from NZ and another from Darwin.

Same applies to alleged incidents that occurred outside the UK on holidays.
