Bath mats are dry, towels and floor are wet - go figure.

The only time I have flooded a floor is in a laundry. When wash machine hose wasn't plumbed in, so the water flowed into the laundry tub, and some dimwit left a cloth or something in the tub, which blocked the drain hole causing the tub to overflow.
