Have you tried lime cordial?
Home made lime cordial is very nice.

That is a good idea. I used to make lemon cordial when the kids were small.

I sometimes buy bags of limes on clearance to make cordial. It's so nice. Grandies live it too.

I am no cook so I only do easy things.
But here is a marmalade recipe that is really simple. It is for oranges but I have made lime marmalde this way too.

That looks nice with the Cointreau added. Maybe if the lime marmalade goes well I will branch out. (pun intended) 🙂
Well I have juiced the limes, and now they are soaking for a few hours. I plan to add a little bi carb soda as our limes are thin skinned and seedless. Might need a little help setting. We will see.

Thanks sine. I used up the rinds in the marmalade, however the tree is loaded still. Any recipe is welcome.
By the way the marmalade turned out lovely. I was worried it wouldn't set because of the high acid content, but it was fine.
