i don't have photoshop so any changes i make to my pics are minimal; crop, brightness, contrast...
here is an out of focus pic of a white string lamp taken with incandescent lighting. what follows is the same pic rotated 180 degrees with the contrast maxed out.

i like the liquifying effect of 272 and 277.
