The two kittens are rescued feral kitties. They are mousers. They live on a farm in Maine. I had to laugh when I took the photos, because the owner gives them canned kitty food. I doubt if any of her rescues will ever catch a mouse. 

 

Artful, I always think of my sister when I see your photos. I'm sure you can always tell when I post pics from the east coast. 

This might sound awful, but they often find really nice morel mushrooms at the cemetary.

Here's the pond from which I created my submission on the abstract thread. I like the way all the reflections on the suface of the water make it look almost like an Impressionist painting. Hmmm, maybe I'll try to replicate it on canvas...

A Downy Woodpecker enjoying a suet cake in my yard last winter.
