The kitchen can be spotless but the chicken can still be naturally contaminated.
does not mean one has a kitchen cleanliness issue. All poultry needs to be thoroughly cooked, not just chickies.
beef can be served rare...never winged creatures.
I am sure your kitchen is great, debra 🙂
mine is clean too...love to cook.

I've never tried cooking pasta in the microwave, but I might give that a go, Do you microwave per serving pepe??

i used to cook a 500g pack in a 4 litre container for 16 minutes - i'm only cooking for two now so i don't do that much at a time anymore.

exactly Amber, it's the same for all winged creatures the cross contamination aspect has always made me very diligent in the way that I handle poultry in the kitchen

A chicken spoon rest.
clipped to the side of a pot then the spoon handle slides through.

OK thanks Pepe, I will try that, we don't always have a full household here for every meal, so that sounds good
