I have a cold and that is not sexy hahaha

knew I would get one coming back to cold weather.

Had a cook up today, made Spag Sauce and Soup.

All in the freezer and soup for dinner.

Sort of wish I had this from the nice Italian place in Hua HIn

Taking Voltaren Katy and getting deep heat rubbed in ..

Drives me nuts ..it's upper back ..
