I have an antique one also. It was my grandmothers. It isn't in that good a condition...the silver has worn off the stand. One of the crystal bottle things ( there are 6 of them) got chipped when we moved once. More recently I broke one of them accidentally.

erm...is a cruet set salt, pepper and toothpick holder? If yes then I have one in my cat collection.

 

or is it a salt, pepper vinegar and oil set? I don't have one of those.

When my kitchen is done (12th of never by the looks) I am going shopping to buy some new things................ however, I don't think I have a cruet set................

My salt and pepper everydays are the plastic grinder Aldi variety............... and I got pink himalayan salt last week in a grinder!

 

Envy........... you get over that when you get old.

What is the pink Himalayan salt like?  Does it taste different or is it just to look pretty?
