Yes, you loved them 😞

Mine are in the shade of some camellias. During the drought they were watered maybe once every ten days or so. They are about fifteen years old.

I was beside myself when we were in Ireland and they had tall hedges of semi-wild fuchsias growing along the fence lines and road sides everywhere....

I LOVE them and have tried growing them many times but always seem to lose them eventually.

Probably just a bit too hot here?

amber-eyed.. was it you that moved house recently and said you would miss your garden?

Yes. That's why I can't put up a photo of the plants. I don't have one, but they were all a fluoro pink, the fuschias.

I still think of them as mine because I planted them.

just moved. not too far away, still walk past now and then.

My fuschia didn't really have any open flowers like the gorgeous ones in stawkas link, but I liked the way the light was falling on it and how it illuminated the green stalk, making it somewhat transparant.

Sin, the doiley is vintage....it belonged to my great grandmother and has some bead work in it as well. It sit's on my dresser with a vanity tray on top so I left it there to take my photo. I really should have set it on a white background though, because in the photo it looks closer to white than the pink it really is.

Sin...are your aprons vintage as well? I really love the first one.

Boris, I love this. Is it a piece of advertising? Perhaps vinatge? I see there is a prescription bottle next to the lady in pink and looks like maybe a box of some kind?

I never realized how few pink things I owned until this thread.
