Im making a 4 ingrediant chicken pie for dinner tonight. Its yummy

So nothing can be considered off topic because the topic is "Off Topic Replies".  And even if the replies are on topic, about being off topic, they aren't off topic, they're on topic, so they're ok?  See?  

Comes in handy.  Sometimes it's great for making observations that may be considered off-topic somewhere else here.

Of course anyone can post here, suitor, no suitor, husband, husbands, blah, blah blah.

What I am getting is you can't go off topic no matter what you say, when you say it, or how it is said.

I am not totally comfortable with that answer.

It really doesn't answer all my questions.
