Robin Williams dead at 63

ROBIN Williams is dead. The 63-year-old actor’s body has been found in a possible suicide, Variety reports. RIP Robin

Tragic news. He was one of a kind. A comedic dynamo, an ad-libbing genius and such a nice guy. R.I.P. Robin.

A true comedy Genius & a kind & gentle talented man ..Thank you  for the laugher you gave to  us all..R.I.P Robin

Terribly sad ending for a man who gave us so much to laugh about.

I was upset to hear this. May he rest in peace while we all remember him with a smile on our face.

63 is very young.

Poor man looked terribly old and gray, very thin in his last pic.

This was an interesting segment this morning.

Depression is an illness that has affected many prominent comedians, including Stephen Fry, Spike Milligan, John Cleese, and Tony Hancock, just to name a few.

Professor Gordon Claridge is doing research into the potential link between comics and depression

The link isn't working but I believe there's a strong connection between manic depression and comedy. It's a condition (a.k.a. bipolar disorder) suffered by all those mentioned.

I remember Stephen Fry saying on tv recently that, if there was a pill that could cure bipolar disorder, he wouldn't take it.
