Friends purchased the whole series for us as a birthday gift, but we just haven't had time to start watching it yet .... but will soon

Yes, we inherited series 2,3,4,5 and 7. Didn't want to start watching until we got series 1, but if it's rubbish I won't bother buying series 1.

I watched a little of it on YouTube today and talked to some friends about it, and from what I've seen, it's absolutely brilliant acting and never a dull moment, so we'll be watching it from episode one in order to follow through.

I watched all the series, I was a Dexter tragic.

His wife played his sister in the show and late on in the series they split because Dex fell for Lumin, another female player. The end ws good but nowhere near as good as the ending of Breaking Bad.

You can buy season one to download fairly cheaply if you have good internet connection and quota.

I think season one is crucial to fully understand the unfolding storyline.

I loved it but found season 6 onwards a bit ordinary. Dont know why, maybe I was just a bit over it by then. I never bothered watching the last season, maybe I'll get around to it one day.
