I don't think it's about people not having a sense of humor Joe, plenty do but there is a difference between humor and inappropriate and that is what both Pepe and roserobbin have both stated, it's inappropriate.

The other spoiler box contains a grasshopper.

Some people do react badly to even a photo or drawing of a spider or snake. It's not funny, and I think *rolling eyes* at someone with a phobia is pretty poor form.
