The point is I'm curious about the error you insist that I made.  You say my comment was erroneous but won't explain how.

 

Calling Conroy and Carr MPs is an error, they were/are Senators.

 

Whether or not they've failed is another matter altogether and is an opinion based conclusion not fact.
