you have 8 grandkids? COOL!!  congrats,goblins!!  i have 4 nieces,neither of my parents lived long enough to meet them.

i DID do the one thing my da wanted to do,though,as best i could. i was babysitting, dressed the twin girls in white dresses(at age 2) ,fed them chocolate ice cream and cherry slurpees, and when my sister got home,i left,lol!! 

my da's favorite threat was that he would do that while he was babysitting,to our kids!! 

and you know what? my sister laughed! 😄 she still laughs about that!

Keeping Up Appearances 

Hyacinths, although they are a beautiful flower, have a sickly sweet aroma.

You can smell a Hyacinth for some distance.

They are known to attract bees and other unsavory pests.

i finally had to get rid of my lovely grape hyacinths in the back yard,unfortunately,they did draw bees and wasps,,,i'm allergic. 

beautiful,but deadly.
