The man is a raving lunatic, a fact that is well documented. No one will persuade me that he was unaware that it wasn't Reeva in that toilet area. Where did he think she'd gone ? Nipped out for a pizza ? And he didn't only shoot one bullet through the door but FOUR, so the intention was to cause maximum harm. A burglar my aunt Hilda !

As for that Judge, I'm wondering if she isn't tripping out on some sort of drug. Why did she need weeks on end to consider all the evidence ? Why could this 'learned person' not just deliver a verdict in one line ? Why does she need another stay of exection now to consider the sentence ? Why does she seem totally incapable of reading from her typed report, in a clear and coherent manner ?

 Pistorious should also be found guilty of ham acting. His testimony was sickening to watch.

Not interested in ill-informed speculation as noted earlier.

One is innocent unless and until proven guilty.

This protects the basic rights of all.

The prosecution failed to make the case for guilt beyond culpable homicide.

It's a blessing that so many countries demand a high standard of proof rather than convicting people based on prejudicial speculation and popular whim.

Walk a mile in the apparatus of the accused to better understand this blessing from which all of us benefit.

OK, but she related the same information months ago at the trial.

Then the judge heard and weighed this testimony in arriving at her decision.
