I will answer my own post if I want to and I will kudo myself if possible. That is not making fun of myself is it ?? 

Now now children, its not nice to make fun of anyone you hear?? and generally try to inject a bit of levity into a thread is frowned upon by the tut tut brigade. 

As for being a war monger? well the only ones fomenting outrage and hate are the ones making cheap political shots. Even Shortstance gets it. 

As if being a socialist and/or pacifist is an insult. Also, that there are Labor voters who don't agree that going to war is a good thing just shows the ability to think for oneself. Or is it being assumed that if you agree with the war , then you must be a Liberal voter?

I think that any human being with an ounce of humanity in them would support anything that would put a stop to isil.

Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I need to read the socialist/green manifesto to understand that murdering many for the benefit of the few is right.

Standing back whilst thousands are murdered, mass shootings, live burials, crucifixions, amputations, ethnic cleansing, genocide, beheadings and worse (I can't think of anything worse atm) except being a woman in isil controlled territory, is OK! because we don't want to upset a few radicals in our country, we don't want to become a target for terror attacks, better do nothing, better say nothing, better keep our mouths shut, better close our eyes.....would that be better? and for whom?
