I undertand your concern for leeches. I really really do. 
That is why I am sure your daughter-in-law reports what you pay her as income.
Goodness, it goes without saying, it wouldn't be an "under the table" transaction.

But you know goblins, I do see what you mean, if people are leeches, a burden on society, a taker, I bet they didn't grow up with the values that we instilled in ours, hard work, respect, honesty etc. Good point you made there.
