It would seem to me, that accusing someone of cheating the government without any proof whatsoever...just your opinion, is an attempt to start an interpersonal dispute.  Did you know that this is against the ebay posting rules.  You might want to review the rules.

Where did I say anything about cheating the government?  It's legal.  No one said a word about cheating or illegalI, however, would like to see the law changed.  Hopefully it will be.

Oh, and I won't be posting any links - wouldn't want to embarrass anyone here.

Really?

Now who would that be?

There's such a select few who post on this thread.

Whew.

Nice save YarYar.    Heart

i know many people, like me and my hubby, who both work, and recieve a health insurance subsidy. without it,i wouldn't have been able to get the necessary surgery that enabled me to go back to work, and i'm grateful for it.

my hours are wierd, and part time, but i pay taxes just like everyone else,so can you explain why we SHOULDN'T have insurance help?

eventually i hope to go full time again, but we will still need help to have DECENT health care.

i thank our president for making sure someone like me gets to have that care.and my hubby, who has a pacemaker, and needs good care to keep him working, and alive.

taste my religion! nibble a witch! 😄

Why should anyone, like me, that has paid for health insurance all their life all of a sudden have to help pay for someone else's insurance?  Sorry but I don't get it.

Maybe it is as simple as the Golden Rule.

"Do onto others as you would have others do onto you"

But I wouldn't ask someone else to pay my bills.  There were times when paying the insurance was a big expense for us but we paid it anyway because we felt it was very important.  I think a lot of times it's a matter of priorities.

Never say never.

There but for the grace of God as they say.

Yes, I agree it is a matter of priorities.

As in feeding the kids, or paying the health insurance.

I think I've seen all the arguments for the ACA - if you come up with a new one let me know.  None, so far, have changed my mind.
