So if a person rapes another person of similar age then it is less of a rape than of a person of a lager age difference.

Does tha law make that distinction? Point me to it.

Yes, that is exactly what people have to do.  If they do not let go, it will destroy them.  

Do you think that going though court case is somehow therapeutic?  This woman was supposedly too traumatised for almost 20 years, and all of the sudden she splashes it all over twitter, face book and TV screen?
