Sounds good Freddie, my tiler just left, he comes back at 5pm to do the silicne along the benches and all done!

Now waiting for the electrician to instal a new outdoor light, 2 ceiling fans with lights and change some power points.

I hope I can find a painter like yours!

I feel tired just reading that! Not a very productive day for me today although I do have to venture out to the supermarket at some stage. Ahhh, so much excitement! lol

After the tree stump has been removed and the side fence relaced, and the ceiling possums evicted, I'll be getting quotes to have the house exterior painted. I have already decided on the colours which is a change because I'm usually like the Skwerl and find it hard to choose.

Must be the year for house painting. We are having ours done inside and out in the next couple of months. One of our closest friends is a painter so he'll be doing in cheapish for us, the only drawback is we have to fit in around his other work. I want him to start next month but he's telling me maybe January Smiley Frustrated

Great time of the year for painting, dries so much quicker than in Winter ....

What colours have you chosen Bluecat?

My big job this morning was to hose all the cobwebs from the front of the house and water all the pot plants.on the front verandah.

I've decided upon colorbond colours. The weatherboards will be Torres Blue and the window frames will be classic cream with Manor Red on the base boards and perhaps on the trim near the eaves.

Sounds lovely 🙂

It'll be a change from the current cream and white.

Mine is various shades of green and cream inside and outside and thats how it will be staying. Too expensive to change the colors.

Paint isn't cheap, I have to change all the interior colours in my house, I just can't live with them.

We are back from Masters, paint purchased, tape, spak filla all up $600 for the paint plus the painting. I chose white ceiling and a good Valspar paint Heather Moor it's a soft lilac for the walls. The paint will do the bedrooms bathroom and toilet as well, but they will be done later.
