Well as a 'survivor' of the Cronulla Riots, I am quite comfortable in saying that I no longer like the flag because I associate it with a misguided patriotism (ie. racism) that is still felt in the suburb (and across the country) today.
I am all for change and would love to see a great design come out of a government intiative in the not too distant future that removes the current stigma of the southerm cross that has been tainted by those yobbos that used it as an excuse for violence.

What I don't get is why on earth anyone in Australia would feel the need to walk aroundwearing a slogan like that. it makes about as much sense as one saying "If you don't love beer, don't drink it"; or "If you don't love football, don't watch it".

Nah I don't think so. It's just as divisive. The difference is that WW don't stock it and nor do Aldi.
Thanks for telling me why I posted that pic. It was news to me. Please tell me how that image was divisive ? And what does WW or Aldi (whatever that is) have to do with it ?

Nah Woolies don't give a rat's left wing right wing. They just want to make profit. If it means gaining publicity by stirring up the nationalistic emotions of their host country, so be it.
If that product invites negative comment, can it.

Most of the political threads on cs are nasty and inflammatory and let's face it, mostly racist. Never could quite see why someone would spend all day every day knocking a party that isn't even in power.
