Much like knocking a poster day and night who is not in favour 🙂

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

This thread is funny.  I know that alot here aren't intending to be funny, but they just are to me (inadvertantly lol) and those that have tried to be funny genuinely are funny.  I guess this topic seems so serious but it's actually so trivial it's larfable.

Nah Woolies don't give a rat's left wing right wing. They just want to make profit. If it means gaining publicity by stirring up the nationalistic emotions of their host country, so be it.

If that product invites negative comment, can it.

And LOL to that little bit of banter there, I was really larfin yous are funny 😄

God how naive are you? They're a multinational! To start off, they were American!

No, they started as an Australian Company and remain so.

They're not related to the USA Woolworths in any way, other than that they stole the name  😄

British wasn't it?

Well they kind of lost their way didn't they?

Like Arnotts, and Ugg Boots.

Whoops, could have been British.  I had USA in mind but could be wrong about that. Both Coles and Woolies are Aussie.

I don't think Woolies has been taken over by OS interests. Ugg Boots was not a brand but a generic term for ugly sheep skin boots.

Not racist to support your country.

and how can it be deemed racist when it doesnt even mention a race
